This superb GEORGE VI SILVER CHRISTENING TANKARD is of classic baluster form and was made by the well-known silversmiths of Edward Barnard & Sons in 1947.

This superb Silver Tankard is of plain form and is free from any added inscriptions, initials or monograms.

In excellent condition (see condition report below) despite being over 75 years old, this lovely Tankard would make a fabulous Christening Gift or would enhance any Silver collection.
