Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we refund the cost in full (*) subject to the following conditions:
- Please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your goods and request a Return Authorisation before you send an item back to us.
- Returns must be sent back to us within 7 business days of receiving authorisation and must be in resaleable condition when received by us.
- Returns are at the customer's cost and must utilise a tracked service .
- Returns are shipped at the customer's risk, and we cannot accept responsibilty for any items lost or damaged in transit.
- (*) No refund of original shipping costs will be made, and in the case of free outbound shipping we will deduct the cost of the outbound shipping from the refund amount.
