This superb GEORGIAN SUGAR SIFTER SPOON was made by Thomas Wallis I in 1776.
The bowl retains the original gilt coating and is fabulously decorated with berries and foliage with the pierced holes arranged along engraved stems so as to resemble leaves – stunning.
The handle is beautifully decorated on both sides and has a blank cartouche on the front.
In excellent condition despite being over 240 years old, this wonderful Silver Sugar Sifter Spoon would look superb in any setting.
