This Superb GEORGIAN SILVER SNUFF BOX was made by the well-known silversmiths Richard Lockwood & John Douglas in 1801.
A superb quality Silver Snuff Box of rectangular form with hinged lid wonderfully engraved bright cut decoration and a blank central cartouche to the lid. The underside is similarly engraved and inside this fabulous Georgian Silver Snuff Box retains the original gilt coating.
In excellent condition despite being over 220 years old, this superb Snuff Box is a real collector’s piece and would enhance any collection.
